2017 FAA-Pixels Travel Photographer of The Year

The 2017 Fine Art America (Pixels) Travel Photographer of the Year competition will be contested over twelve months.

Each entry must be taken in the month of the contest.

Competition Rules are Simple

* 1. Colour Travel Photography Only.

No Digital Art nor Paintings. No black and white, sepia nor digitally manipulated images.

We're looking for Travel Photographers, not masters of photo-editing software.

* 2. Fine Art America watermarks should not overpower the image.

No other text nor copyright notices should appear on the photograph either. If you're worried about theft of images, don't put them online.

* 3. Photos need good titles and descriptions, because not all pictures can really tell a thousand words.

► Sponsored by the Top Travel Pics group, entries that do not follow our submission guidelines will be deleted.

Images that are considered weak will also be removed from competition.

Points will be awarded each month for photos that make the Editor's Choice.

A number of photographers may share the available points on a sliding scale.

One winner = 8 points; two picks = 7 points each; three = 6 points each; four = 5 points each; five = 4 points each; six = 3 points each; seven = 2 points each; eight or more = 1 point each.
